RETURN POLICY

Services:

• No refunds are issued for services once completed. 

• If a service has been pre-purchased, and you would no longer like to use that service, a credit will be issued to your account. There are NO cash refunds!

Product:

• All products are FINAL SALE unless an adverse reaction occurs within 2 weeks of purchase. Proof of the adverse reaction must be presented. In this case, an EXCHANGE will be authorized. A credit or additional payment may be applied for any price differences.

• If the product was purchased online, we must abide by Alumier’s online return policy.
