CANCELLATION POLICY
As much notice as possible is appreciated for any appointment changes. However, a minimum of
24 hours notice is required!
Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee valued at 20% of your treatment cost, with a $25 minimum fee.
All future bookings will be put on hold or declined until the cancellation fee is paid in full.
There are no exceptions for Saturday appointments!
If you are late for your appointment, your service will be completed with the remaining time left, and the full payment is still due at check out. If you have missed the majority of your appointment, it will be considered a no-show, & the cancellation fee will apply.
