Melissa is the owner of GLO Laser & Skin studio, who has fulfilled her passion for the science of Skin since 2006.
Melissa has completed a 2-year Esthetics program at Seneca College, and a 6-month intense Medical Aesthetics program, at what was formally known as Champlain Institute. She is trained to work alongside Dermatologists & Plastic Surgeons for post-operative skincare, and condition-specific skincare concerns, as well as extensive training on laser therapies for skin & hair. She has also completed a functional skin nutrition program that allows her to effectively make connections between signs and symptoms on the skin, vs what is happening in the gut.
While running her business since 2010, Melissa has also been fortunate to educate clinics all over the GTA as one of Alma Laser’s Clinical Educators for 10 years of her career.
Recently, Melissa had the honour of being a subject matter expert for a local esthetics college.
