Opening Procedures

  1. Text Melissa when you have arrived

  2. Place A-Frame Outside

  3. Turn on Neon Sign

  4. Turn on computer & POS Terminal

  5. Turn on music

  6. Check schedule & identify which room needs to be used fist and if it is ready for client

  7. . Make sure all client files for the day are updated with:

    . Enough charting space

    . Blank consent forms

    . New daily consent if full

At cash out:

  • Take Payment

  • Book next visit - Cluster appointments to avoid gaps, update appointment notes, add 15 mins of time before and after

  • Remind client of referral program

  • Give post care instructions

  • Confirm next upcoming appointment if needed

Inbetween Appointments

  1. Make sure room is set for next client

    • Laser- Towels clean, Wet towel to remove gel, goggles clean

    • Facial- Line up products needed, Robe on bed, lights dimmed, candle lit & music on (when clients arrives)

  2. Chart Previous Client including photos, & payment details

*All necessary consent forms must be signed prior to starting treatment.

Closing Procedures

  1. Rooms reset & cleaned

  2. Most gel bottles full & wiped

  3. Empty FULL garbages

  4. Ensure all charting is complete

  5. Close & COUNT the till using the till balance sheet

  6. Wipe down desk, POS, & iPad with lysol

  7. Turn off computer & POS

  8. Charge iPad

  9. Turn off GLO Sign

  10. All lights off

  11. Arm the alarm

  12. Lock door

  13. Bring in A Frame Sign

General Clinic Procedures

Please use the “Employee task list” document to track duties

  • Empty full garbages. ALL garbages emptied every Wednesday

  • Washroom in good standing

  • Laundy

  • Mop, Sweep & Dust

  • Wipe down black doors
