Opening Procedures

Place A-Frame Outside
Turn on Neon Sign
Turn on computer & POS Terminal
Turn on music
Check schedule & identify which room needs to be used fist and if it is ready for client
. Make sure all client files for the day are updated with:
. Enough charting space
. Blank consent forms
. New daily consent if full
At cash out:
Take Payment
Book next visit - Cluster appointments to avoid gaps, update appointment notes, add 15 mins of time before and after
Remind client of referral program
Give post care instructions
Confirm next upcoming appointment if needed
Inbetween Appointments
Make sure room is set for next client
Laser- Towels clean, Wet towel to remove gel, goggles clean
Facial- Line up products needed, Robe on bed, lights dimmed, candle lit & music on (when clients arrives)
Chart Previous Client including photos, & payment details
*All necessary consent forms must be signed prior to starting treatment.
Closing Procedures
Rooms reset & cleaned
Most gel bottles full & wiped
Empty FULL garbages
Ensure all charting is complete
Close & COUNT the till using the till balance sheet
Wipe down desk, POS, & iPad with lysol
Turn off computer & POS
Charge iPad
Turn off GLO Sign
All lights off
Arm the alarm
Lock door
Bring in A Frame Sign
